Gathering Qi with Nature

by admin on June 19, 2011

The hike this weekend at Deep Creek by Lake Arrowhead was vigorating and peaceful. To meditate in nature is to draw upon one of the strongest forms of Qi. Doing Qigong in nature is like stepping out into the Sun for vitamin D. The Chinese actually have a Qigong called, Zhan Zhuang which means standing like a tree. Sometimes done right by a tall tree to absorb the tree’s energy. Nature, love it, embrace it, and to take care of it is to take care of humanity.

This hike indeed was a great experience. Being one with nature and overcoming the obstacles along the way, was like overcoming the obstacles in your own life. as we got. Farther into the hike my mind withered away all the negative energy, and it felt good to feel that peace. With some encouraging words I took a step in to the unknown and dove in to the creek from a 20 ft. Drop ledge and it felt liberating. Thank you Sifu Newton

You need to do this exercise of building and gathering for at least 100 days before you start any self healing. How lucky are we to have this information to share with family and friends for better health and wellbeing.
